The position requires on-site support located in Iuka, MS.\n\nDuties include:\n\nInspects aircraft components, parts, and sub-assemblies for operation and conformance to government and/or company standards and specifications. Inspects the adjustments, repairs, or modifications made to aircraft components, sub-assemblies and final product. Will monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. May communicate directly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nBasic Qualifications for Aircraft Inspector Level 2:\n\n * High School Diploma or equivalent GED required (education will be verified) with 2 years of relevant mechanical and/or inspection experience\n\n * Experience in inspection processes; knowledge and use of inspection and testing instruments\n\n * Experience with common quality systems such as non-conformances, cause/corrective actions\n\n * Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work in order to accomplish multiple assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Provide input to the technical needs and solutions required for the manufacture, inspection of materials and components\n\n * Ability to record detailed information accurately and in a timely manner\n\n * Must be able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working overhead\n\n * Must be able to access small, confined spaces and work in an enclosed environment\n\n * The ability to pass New Hire Physical/Respiratory Exam\n\n * Must be able to work around composites, epoxies, and sealants for long periods of time\n\n * Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access\n\n * Must pass visual exam\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for Aircraft Inspector Level 3:\n\n * High School Diploma or equivalent GED required (education will be verified) with 4 years of relevant mechanical and/or inspection experience\n\n * Experience in inspection processes; knowledge and use of inspection and testing instruments\n\n * Experience with common quality systems such as non-conformances, cause/corrective actions\n\n * Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work in order to accomplish multiple assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
