Aircraft Painter (VIP/Corporate)

Aircraft Painter (VIP/Corporate)         $1500/Week

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Strong buffing and polishing skills of urethanes and acrylic clear coats.
• Eye for precision and attention to detail.
• Design, layout, and graphic experience. (a plus!) Language Ability
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Math Ability
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math and algebra, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to calculate mix ratios in order to mix sealant, filler materials, and paint. Reasoning Ability
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to become efficient in company technology and software programs. Employment

• Must be able to pass the Pulmonary Function Test to obtain respirator certification and wear a respirator.
• Ability to become certified on a forklift, scissor lift, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when necessary.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience painting V/VIP aircraft. (nose to tail) Wide-Body Aircraft (I.E Boeing 777/767, Airbus 320)
• Valid FAA A&P License is preferred
• Basic computer skills.
