Aircraft Records Specialist

Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express (FRE/ACE) is seeking a full time Aircraft Records Specialist for our operations base at General Mitchell Int'l Airport (KMKE) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

DUTIES

• Interact with aircraft mechanics and parts department


• Attend monthly CASS meetings


• Review daily tasks completed by aircraft mechanics, ensure required parts are updated with the correct due dates


• Maintain engine, APU and propeller logbooks
  


• Scanning documents and uploading to Veryon aircraft maintenance tracking system


• Audit that maintenance tasks are completed per proper company manuals, and ensure Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins are completed


• Manage employee access within Veryon system, provide system training for new mechanics, review setup of new aircraft within system

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the aviation industry preferred


• Strong computer skills, experience in Veryon aircraft maintenance tracking
  


• Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  


• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test
