- Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification.

Experience Required
|
- Well-versed in JOPES manipulation/interpretation, TPFDD management, & airlift validation
- Experience within the last 5 years in: GATES, JOPES, SMS, & APACS.
- Familiarity and proficiency in: DoD Foreign Clearance Guide, USCENTCOM TPFDD LOI, & USCENTCOM joint logistics/distribution regulations.

Job Objective
USCENTCOM requires augmentation to its Strategic Movement Center (SMC) to mitigate the scheduled manpower reductions at the CDDOC thereby maintaining the ability to manage deployment and distribution services in the AOR.
Responsibilities
- Analyze validated airlift/surface requirements, system capabilities, shortfalls, & multimodal options.
- Lead development, management, and execution of theater-level operational Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) & support joint process improvement teams.
- Establish standardized procedures and data collection methodologies for forecasting long-term transportation requirements.
- Deconflict flight schedules, enforce COCOM priorities, coordinate load planning, & liaise with AFCENT AMD.
- Escalates unresolved transportation conflicts to CDDOC and CCJ3
- Facilitate, process, track, & coordinate Theater Clearance Requests (TCRs) and official travel/commodity movements
- Develop customized products and data tools, including web-based reporting systems and ad hoc queries via CDDOC web portal..
