We are hiring German-speaking Airline Contact Centre Agents to support airline customers from an on-site contact centre in Malta. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service related to bookings, flight changes, and general travel inquiries.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and other contact channels
Assist passengers with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general information
Provide professional customer support in German and English
Follow internal processes, quality standards, and KPIs
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
German language proficiency: C2 (level)
English language proficiency: C1
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work on-site in Malta
Previous contact centre or customer service experience is an advantage
Month 1: €5.60 per hour
Month 2: €8.10 per hour
After Probation: €8.50 per hour
After 12 Months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based)
After 18 Months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based)
Performance bonus up to €2,000 per year (paid quarterly, pro-rated; eligible after 6 months)
€250 monthly language allowance (after training)
€2,000 relocation allowance (after 1 month of employment)
Full paid training and basic health insurance (after 6 months)
