We are hiring German-speaking Airline Contact Centre Agents to support customers with airline-related inquiries. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, handling reservations and general queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels
Assist with flight information, bookings, changes, and general support
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Document customer interactions clearly in internal systems
Meet quality and productivity KPIs
Deliver professional customer service in German and English
German C2 (spoken and written)
English C1
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Good computer and multitasking skills
Ability to work rotational shifts within business hours
Month 1: €5.60/hour → ~€970/month
Month 2: €8.10/hour → ~€1,400/month
After Probation: €8.50/hour → ~€1,470/month
After 12 Months (performance-based): €8.75/hour → ~€1,515/month
After 18 Months (performance-based): €9.20/hour → ~€1,595/month
Performance Bonus: €2,000 per year
(Pro-rated quarterly – eligible after 6 months probation)
Language Allowance: €250 per month
(Eligible after training period)
Relocation Allowance: €2,000
(Eligible after 1 month of employment)
Stable Monday–Friday schedule
