Role Purpose

As a Service Greeter, your primary focus will be to provide an amazing and seamless experience for Fletcher Jones Guests at the Fletcher Jones Airport and Shuttle Services in Newport Beach. From greeting guests with a friendly smile to ensuring their vehicles are prepared with precision and care, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.

What You’ll Do

• Warm Welcome: Greet Guests upon arrival in a courteous, friendly, and helpful manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct a thorough inspection walk around the vehicle and note any additional service needs.
• Service Coordination: Input Guest and vehicle information into the system, including any additional or complimentary services required.
• Vehicle Handling: Park vehicles in designated spaces and ensure quality control prior to returning them to Guests.
• Key Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of keys to shuttle drivers or directly to Guests upon their return.
• Phone Assistance: Answer calls promptly and professionally, adhering to Optima Dealer Services’ phone etiquette standards.
• Lot Organization: Direct drivers to relocate vehicles as needed and maintain an organized and welcoming environment.
• Guest Experience: Go above and beyond to provide a pleasant and seamless experience for every Guest at Fletcher Jones Airport and Shuttle Services.
• Support Operations: Contribute to additional tasks as needed to maintain efficient dealership operations.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay: $18.00-$19.00 an hour

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Driver’s License: Unrestricted California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: At least 4 years of driving experience with the ability to operate both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar field is preferred.
• Key Attributes:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to collaborate and foster teamwork across all departments.
  • Being able to work on the Weekends and late shifts is a must
