Airport Operation Supervisor

Omni-Serv is in search of a Full-Time Supervisor for Logan International Airport, Boston, MA. We are looking for a candidate who can maintain a professional demeanor, is a team player, and have a positive, “can do” attitude.

Job Summary

The Supervisor will oversee an operation responsible for escorting non-badged clients and personnel throughout Logan International Airport.

Compensation  $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (depended on experience) - Medical, Vision, Dental, Life insurance, 401k  (available after a year of service)

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to urgent support needs
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in all operations, including commercial construction
• Coordinate and supervise daily escort services
• Responsible for escorting all non-badged visitors and personnel performing work in sterile areas of the airport.
• Assist with winter snow removal operations
• Collaborate with the facility's maintenance team to ensure a seamless integrations of support services

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the related field 
• Must have a valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of  experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile  insurance carrier's criteria
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
