Airport Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team at the Salt Lake City International Airport rental counter. In this high-traffic, fast-paced environment, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging travelers, delivering outstanding service, and maximizing revenue through strategic upselling of our rental products, upgrades, and protection plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the airport rental counter with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Guide customers through the rental process, clearly explaining terms, options, and procedures.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, insurance packages, fuel plans, and other value-added services  to maximize revenue per transaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team-based sales and service goals.
• Accurately process rental agreements, customer information, and payment details using internal systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle fleet, promotions, and pricing to support effective sales conversations.
• Assist with vehicle check-ins and returns as needed during peak times.

• 1–2 years sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and comfort discussing pricing and optional services.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, airport-based environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
