Airport Supervisor - HVAC

Supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance, and service repairs of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with specifications, standards, and established safety guidelines.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Successful completion of two (2) years of technical school, completion of an HVAC apprenticeship, or five (5) years of equivalent education and experience.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to troubleshoot, locate, and correct HVAC and CNG system failures in a timely manner.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and structural blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

• Thorough knowledge of Building Automation Systems, centrifugal chiller operations, boiler operation, mini-split units, and electric control/heating pump systems.

• Basic knowledge of electrical control circuitry and ability to operate tools related to HVAC and building maintenance.
