Join our team as the Senior Airspace Integration Lead supporting the Navy’s MQ-4C Triton program. In this senior-level role, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and key liaison for airspace coordination efforts across U.S. and international agencies at the local, regional, national, and global levels to enable MQ-4C global operations. This position will be based on-site at NAS Jacksonville, FL. 

• Lead airspace integration efforts, providing expertise in human-machine interface, training, data fusion, logistics, air vehicle operations analysis, and operator support.
• Travel worldwide to conduct site surveys and support airspace integration initiatives.
• Perform detailed site surveys to assess Triton operational suitability, including support equipment needs, mission planning, and divert availability; deliver actionable findings to stakeholders.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain Memorandums of Understanding/Agreements (MOUs/MOAs) with U.S. and international airspace authorities and host-nation airfields.
• Provide on-site Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) expertise with a deep understanding of FAA and ICAO UAS regulations.
• Collaborate with Site Activation and Mission Planning teams to ensure integrated and seamless execution across the program.

Requirements

Education and Experience: 

• Master’s degree and 10+ years of related experience, required. A bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a graduate degree. 
• Demonstrated experience with uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) integration; experience supporting the MQ-4C aircraft platform is a plus. 
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience, required.
• Former or current FAA air traffic control operational experience is a plus.
