This is an opportunity to join an established sales department and assist the team with customers after the sale to streamline our sales workforce. 

Duties for this position include meeting the customer during their purchase to assist with delivery of the vehicle. Following up with the customer after the sale and setting future appointments to meet with the customer to complete a second delivery and cover any questions the customer may have about their new vehicle. In this position, you will have extensive and repetitive training on vehicles, features, options and the technology within the vehicles. Assisting sales and service staff, along with customers, with troubleshooting minor usage or connectivity issues.

Working conditions spending up to 50% on the computer and on the phone along with PC. The other 50% is spent on Feet demonstrating features of the car and helping customers learn more about their car.

Candidates must have proven work history in customer service, positive attitude, passionate about vehicles and Technology, detail oriented and clear communication skills. No experience required, we are willing to train the right person. Schedule will be 5 days a week 8 hours a day.
