Assisted Living Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisted Living Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assisted living facility staff

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to elder care and assisted living services

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs

- Provide leadership, training, and support to staff members to promote a positive work environment

- Monitor resident well-being and address any concerns or issues promptly

- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care, staff schedules, and facility operations

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to support resident health and happiness

- Manage facility budgets, supplies, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations

- perform audits in all areas of the department

- On-call Rotation 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in assisted living, elder care, or a related healthcare setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism

- Organizational skills with attention to detail

- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or elder care preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or supervisory training is a plus
