An Operator is responsible for the operation of machinery and equipment used in the production of goods. Their duties include setting up, maintaining, and controlling machinery, conducting tests and repairs, and operating tools to create or transport products.
Operators must be knowledgeable about different parts of the machine and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.

The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe operation of forklifts, loaders, and other approved material-handling equipment to support drilling operations, logistics activities, maintenance projects, and rig moves on Alaska North Slope drilling locations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, tubulars, equipment, and supplies are safely transported, organized, and readily available to support efficient rig operations. The Loader Operator works closely with rig crews, trucking contractors, service providers, and operations leadership while maintaining compliance with all Nabors safety, environmental, and operational standards.
