Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive services, including vehicle sales, maintenance, and repair options via phone, email, and live chat in Albanian.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, features, and financing options.
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling, service-related questions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure quality customer experiences.
• Stay updated on new automotive products and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
