You will assist clients in navigating our biotechnology services while providing exceptional support in Albanian.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and research via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
• Provide detailed information about product applications, regulatory requirements, and scientific developments.
• Assist customers with account management, order processing, and technical issues.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to provide accurate solutions and enhance customer experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general office applications is desirable.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
