Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Assist in the resolution of complaints and issues relating to orders and products.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
