Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options via phone, email, and live chat in Albanian.
• Assist customers with account management, including subscription adjustments and troubleshooting service issues.
• Provide information on new releases, promotions, and features available within the media and entertainment sectors.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, striving to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain clear records for future reference.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and company offerings to provide current and relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Capacity to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and a good understanding of media services.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
