You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information in Albanian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, including availability, usage, and prescription processes via phone, email, and chat in Albanian.
• Provide guidance on medication schedules, side effects, and dosage information.
• Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure accurate information delivery.
• Stay informed about pharmaceutical regulations and company product lines to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Albanian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide empathetic support to customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare terminology is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
