Alchemy Trainer (Must Be Able To Work All Shifts)

Description

•  Train employees daily on standard monthly courses related to safety, food safety, compliance, security, and much more.
•  Onboarding Survey’s for 30 day and 90 day New Hires
•  On-boarding Tracking
•  Back up to Orientation trainers
• Responsible for training of 1200 employees between 2 plants  Some travel required between 2 facilities (within a mile apart)        All other duties as assigned
• KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  Assertive, Outgoing, Sense of Urgency
  Basic Computer Skills
  Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
  Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• EDUCATION:
  Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
   
  EXPERIENCE:
  Typically requires a minimum of 3 year of related experience.
  Bilingual preferred by not required.
