Alcohol and Drug Clinical Supervisor

Part-time Clinical Supervisor

This is a part-time salaried position. We are currently seeking a candidate who is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) /Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) who is an Alcohol and Drug Board-approved supervisor. The individual's license must be in the State of Maryland.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise up to 7 clinicians and/or student interns to ensure adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures and timely completion of documentation and work.


• Provide and complete documentation for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly clinical supervision through case consultation, documentation review, and clinical recommendations.


• Complete monthly quality and assurance chart audits and phone calls.


• Complete disciplinary actions as needed and annual employee and contractor reviews.


• Streamline processes to reduce costs and increase productivity and revenue.


• Equip your team with the necessary clinical skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.


• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and clinical training/professional development training as scheduled.


• Provide On-site and Virtual Supervision as needed.


• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred & Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work


• Maryland Board Certified Supervisors (LCSW-C or LCPC)
               - Clinical Alcohol & Drug Board Approved Supervisory Ability required.
  


• Licensed in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing)
  


• At least two years of supervisor experience required
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation.


• Knowledgeable in State Certifications/Licensing requirements, The Joint Commission standards, COMAR regulations, and HIPAA standards.


• Position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.
  Certified in Substance use disorder preferred. 

Other Requirements

• Candidate must be willing to complete a federal and state background check upon hire.


• The candidate must possess a current driver's license and reliable transportation.


• Candidate must be able to provide proof of auto insurance, vehicle registration, and a certified copy of their driving record.
  *Agency requirement for all employees/contractors whether or not they transport clients.


• Candidate must possess professional liability insurance
