Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required for this position in Johnson City, TN, US


• Must have an active real estate license and have sold at least 3 homes in the last 6 months


• Passion for sales is a key requirement for this role


• Being a team player and contributing to the company's success is essential


• Excellent people skills are a must-have for effective communication with clients


• Familiarity with area MLS systems is considered advantageous


• Willingness to learn and teach is important for growth in this position


• Self-motivation is necessary to excel in this real estate sales role
