Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18 p/h
• 2nd shift:$20 p/h plus 8% premium
• 3rd shift:$20 p/h plus 8% premium

The Role
Join the POLYWOOD® Shipping Department, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and safely. This is an active, hands-on position requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Handle, load, and unload shipments accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are properly prepared for transport.
• Be on your feet and actively moving for 10+ hours per shift.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Operate forklifts (if certified) or assist with material handling equipment as needed.
• Perform picker tasks, including locating and retrieving items from inventory to fulfill orders.
• Verify shipment accuracy by cross-referencing orders and inspecting products.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting of 50 pounds.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in handling and preparing shipments.
• Forklift Experience (Preferred): Prior experience or certification is a plus but not required.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adjust to a dynamic shipping environment.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
