Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Allergy Specialist)
Location: New York, NY
Overview: A leading provider of dermatology and expanding into allergy, asthma, and immunology services, is searching for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. With our focus on delivering high-quality care to our patients, we need dedicated professionals with backgrounds in treating allergy patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostics.
- Develop and execute treatment plans for patients with allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.
- Administer and manage immunotherapy and other relevant treatments.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of our practice as we expand our services.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active license in New York.
- Minimum of two years of experience treating allergy patients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to commute between multiple office locations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
