POSITION SPECIFICS
The Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) within the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research at Penn State is seeking qualified applicants for the role of Alliance Officer.
This position will be located at the University Park Campus and will report to the Associate Vice President for Research, Director of the Office of Technology Transfer, who is responsible for the management of intellectual property developed at Penn State.
The position will be filled as Industry Relations Coordinator - Senior Professional OR Principal Professional level, based on the successful candidate's qualifications.

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; the ability to manage and coordinate multiple and diverse projects simultaneously through to completion, be highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment and have the ability to establish priorities.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
If filled as Industry Relations Coordinator - Principal Professional, this position requires: Master's Degree 8+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None If filled as Industry Relations Coordinator - Senior Professional, this position requires: Master's Degree 6+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $86,300.00 - $145,700.00.
