Job Description - Allround Office Support Officer

For one of our clients we're looking for a Allround Office Support Officer. In this role, you will bring structure to a dynamic environment while supporting multiple departments simultaneously. We are looking for an Allround Office Support professional who plays a key role across Procurement, HR, Quality, and overall business operations, acting as the link within the organization to ensure processes run smoothly. Working closely with management, you will provide both administrative and organizational support, switching between HR administration, procurement activities, quality checks, and ad hoc operational tasks.


Requirements

  • MBO+/HBO level of education and thinking
  • Experience in administration, office support, or a broad support role
  • Affinity with HR, procurement, or quality is a strong plus
  • Accurate, well -structured, and able to perform under pressure
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain overview
  • Proactive mindset and solution -oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Handles confidential information with care

What will you be doing
In this versatile role, you will act as a key support partner across multiple departments, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including supporting the full procurement cycle from order to delivery, maintaining contact with local and international suppliers, managing inventory administration, and processing purchasing documents and invoices. In addition, you will handle HR -related tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, tracking leave and working hours, and ensuring accurate and up -to -date personnel administration.


You will also contribute to quality and process management by supporting quality systems and ISO registrations, assisting with audits and internal controls, and identifying areas for improvement. Alongside this, you will provide general administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings, handling incoming calls, and assisting Finance and Sales when needed. You play an essential role in enabling colleagues to perform at their best and in keeping the business running effectively.
