About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Care Professional at Guy Madison Allstate Insurance Agency in Oklahoma City, OK. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our clients and make a meaningful impact on their lives. If you need to be with people each day, look no further! This is NOT a sales position and is In-Office only.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with insurance policy inquiries and changes

Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customers' insurance needs

Process insurance claims and ensure timely resolution

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry regulations

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred

Active Property and Casualty insurance license

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
