REQUIRMENTS

Bachelor’s degree

10+ Years Manufacturing Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations from an accredited institution

Master of Business Administration

Experience in metal-working manufacturing

Experience implementing lean manufacturing concepts and techniques

Experience working in matrix organization

This person must have experience with lean manufacturing and holding accountability. Prefer a candidate that has aluminum extrusion experience with a non-union (24/7) facility with at least 500 production/130 salaried employees.
