We’re seeking experienced Aluminum Structure Specialists to join our growing team—an ideal opportunity for airframe mechanics eager to apply their aluminum structural skills in the fast-growing electric vehicle (EV) industry. What You’ll Do:

• Perform aluminum structural replacements, alignments, and high-tolerance repairs to OEM specifications
• Diagnose and repair damage to chassis rails, cross-members, and structural subframes
• Weld, straighten, and bond aluminum and high-strength steel components
• Replace and bond exterior panels, structural brackets, and inner skins
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with attention to wiring, sensors, and adhesives
• Follow all EV high-voltage safety protocols during repair work

What You Need:

• 3+ years of experience as an airframe mechanic or in EV repairs  (Rivian, Tesla, or Lucid)
• Proficiency with aluminum and high-strength steel straightening and welding
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and read detailed repair documentation
• Familiarity with structural adhesives and high-voltage safety procedures
• Understanding of EV safety protocols and repair documentation
• Ability to lift 20–75 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliable transportation
