Responsibilities

• Perform aluminum welding using MIG and TIG processes for various projects
• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate components
• Ensure that all welds are completed according to specifications and industry standards
• Conduct routine inspections of welds to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize hazards in the workplace

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical welding certification preferred
• Proven experience as an aluminum welder with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes specific to aluminum materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices and adherence to quality control procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
