You are a motivated enrollment coach who believes every graduate deserves the opportunity to enroll in and complete a four‑year college degree. In this role you’ll work directly with Brooklyn high school alumni—identifying, re‑engaging, and supporting those who haven’t matriculated or who stopped out—to remove barriers and create clear pathways back to college. You’ll join the cross‑regional Alumni Support team and partner closely with school staff, campus partners, families, and college offices to design and scale re‑enrollment practices that improve long‑term postsecondary outcomes.

Work Environment: College Access & Success — Role reports to the Manager of College Access & Success - Alumni Support. This position is part of the cross‑regional Alumni Support team and embedded with Brooklyn high school teams. Significant travel to alumni campuses and regional sites is required. Notable in‑person responsibilities include supporting Brooklyn HS events and school initiatives.

Compensation: The full compensation range for this role is $74,000 - $78,300. Typically, new hires who fully meet all qualifications listed in the job description will start at $74,000. Starting compensation below this reflects candidates with less experience or qualifications. Offers near the top end of the range are reserved for candidates who significantly exceed the qualifications, bringing extensive experience and specialized expertise beyond what is listed.
Compensation determinations consider relevant professional experience and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Additionally, because we value internal growth and tenure, current staff members are not subject to salary caps within this range.
