Job Description - A.M Complimentary Services Cook

Jacksonville Embassy Suites is looking for a Complimentary Services Cook to join our growing team!

The Complimentary Services Cook is responsible for providing high-quality continental breakfast and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and servicing meetings in progress in a fast, friendly, efficient, and professional manner. The starting time would be 3 am - 12 noon

Compensation:

Responsibilities

Ensures daily breakfast set-up is on schedule and presentable

Anticipates and intervenes in all incidents of guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy all such guests, within hotel policy and service recovery procedures

Maintains proper dining experience

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required OR 1-year related experience or training

Must be able to read and write in English

Valid driver’s license preferred

Basic math skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

Must have open availability to include weekends and holidays as needed
