Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and executing dishes with precision and consistency, maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures
- Assist with prep work and inventory as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold club standards for quality, presentation, and member satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role (country club or fine dining experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- ServSafe certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
