Luminize Marketing is looking for an Amazon Compliance Specialist to keep our clients squeaky clean (and profitable!) across the Amazon platforms. You’ll help protect revenue, resolve tricky compliance cases, and stay ahead of ever-changing laws and platform policies.

What You’ll Do:

• 🔍 Investigate: Research Amazon policies, FDA/EPA guidelines, and eCommerce regulations
• ⚖️ Advise & Resolve: Draft appeals and Plans of Action to resolve compliance issues
• 📚 Stay Sharp: Keep up with evolving legal requirements and platform changes
• 📂 Manage Cases: Open and manage Seller Support cases and regulatory tasks across multiple brands
• 🤝 Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and clients to prevent issues before they happen

What You’ll Need:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in Business, Law, or related field—or equivalent experience
• 🧠 1–2 years in compliance, legal, or eCommerce (Amazon experience = bonus points!)
• ✍️ Strong written communication skills—you can explain complex rules in simple terms
• 📈 Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for spotting red flags
• 🖥️ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and cloud collaboration tools
