Pay Rate: $22.75/hour

You’ll deliver smiles and packages to customers while staying active, collaborating with a motivated team, and enjoying a flexible 4-day workweek schedule with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver 100–200 packages per day in a timely manner.
• Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs throughout your 10-hour shift.
• Navigate delivery routes using GPS and smartphone apps.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow all safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using smartphones and delivery apps.
• Physically fit — able to lift, bend, and walk up to 5 miles daily.
• Weekend availability required; flexible full-time schedule.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and commute to Hooksett, NH 03106 (no relocation provided).

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

• Prior experience as an Amazon DSP or Flex Driver.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience.
