Amazon E-Commerce Specialist

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour + Benefits

As a Amazon E-commerce Specialist, you will be an essential part of our Operations team. The Amazon E-commerce Specialist will oversee and optimize Uneekor’s Amazon Seller Central operations. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards for product listings, order fulfillment, promotions, analytics, customer experience, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Promotion and Campaign Management

·        Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) within budget.

·        Monitor advertising performance and optimize for ROI (ACoS, ROAS, CTR).

·        Plan and execute sales promotions, including coupons, promotion codes, and deals (Best Deals, Lightning Deals).

·        Coordinate FBA inventory shipments, including labeling and shipping logistics.

Product Listing Optimization and Compliance

·        Collaborate with Marketing to create high-converting content (A+ Content, videos, storefronts).

·        Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords) using Amazon SEO best practices.

·        Track and resolve product or listing issues; implement strategies to reduce negative reviews.

·        Ensure all listings and operations comply with Amazon policies and protect brand integrity.

Inventory Coordination

·        Forecast inventory needs and coordinate FBA shipments.

·        Manage inventory health (IPI score, stranded inventory) and resolve fulfillment issues.

Order Management

·        Monitor and process Amazon orders daily.

·        Transfer order data to Net Suite (MFN daily, FBA weekly).

·        Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely shipping and tracking number submission.

·        Address customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to maintain high seller ratings and brand health.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

·        Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends using Amazon Seller Central and third-party tools.

·        Generate and distribute weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills

·        3+ years of E-Commerce experience, specifically with Amazon operations.

·        Highschool diploma or GED required.

·        Experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations

·        Familiarity with Amazon SEO, PPC, and reporting

·        Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.

·        Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

·        Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Operations)
