What Makes This Role Different
You’re not selling transportation.
You’re helping emergency responders acquire the vehicles they depend on every day.
That means:
- The decisions are important
- The relationships are long-term
- The equipment is mission-critical
- The trust you build matters
When an EMS crew responds to a cardiac arrest, major accident, or critical patient transport, there's a good chance they're operating in a vehicle you helped put into service.
The Kind of Person Who Wins Here
- You’re naturally curious and ask questions before offering solutions
- You build trust quickly and maintain relationships over time
- You enjoy being in front of customers more than sitting behind a desk
- You’re organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a large territory
- You can communicate technical information without overwhelming customers
- You thrive in an environment where performance drives opportunity
What You'll Bring
- Sales experience in ambulance, apparatus, emergency services, healthcare, transportation, fleet, commercial vehicle, or related industries preferred
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer projects simultaneously
- Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and forecasting
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently throughout a territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
Why You'll Love MacQueen
We support the people who answer the call when communities need help most.
That means:
- The work has purpose
- The products matter
