See Your Work in a New Light

At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining infusion care as something more human, more supportive, and more connected. Our Ambulatory Infusion Suites are designed to deliver complex therapies in a setting that prioritizes safety, comfort, and trust — led by clinicians who bring both expertise and compassion to care.

We’re looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners who want their work to mean something — advanced practice clinicians who bring clinical excellence, leadership, and purpose to infusion care.

Why This Role Matters

As a Nurse Practitioner in an Ambulatory Infusion Suite, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive safe, evidence‑based specialty therapies while supporting high clinical standards across care delivery teams.

In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:

  • Helps patients confidently receive infusion therapies for complex, chronic conditions

  • Strengthens safety, quality, and regulatory excellence in ambulatory infusion care

  • Supports seamless collaboration between providers, clinical staff, and operations

  • Advances a patient‑first, clinician‑led care model focused on outcomes

Your leadership ensures infusion care is not only effective — but reassuring, consistent, and patient‑centered.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, implement, and manage infusion plans of care, evaluating patient progress and modifying treatment as needed

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe medications, and oversee infusion administration within scope of practice

  • Provide direct patient care, including physical exams, interpretation of lab results, and medication management

  • Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies to support adherence, safety, and confidence

  • Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and support staff to coordinate clinical care and staffing workflows

  • Optimize patient scheduling and clinical operations across one or more infusion suite locations

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

  • Manage medication and supply inventory in alignment with clinical and regulatory standards

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements (HIPAA, credentialing, etc.)

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement efforts

  • Mentor, supervise, and support clinical staff development and training

  • Respond to patient concerns and medical emergencies within professional scope

  • Support multi‑site clinical oversight and best‑practice alignment as needed

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

  • Strong clinical judgment and confidence in infusion‑based care

  • A patient‑centered approach grounded in safety, education, and empathy

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Comfort balancing clinical delivery with operational oversight

  • A proactive mindset focused on quality improvement and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practice

  • Active DEA registration and state controlled‑substances license

  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)

  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

  • Experience coordinating patient care and ensuring regulatory compliance in outpatient or infusion settings

  • Strong IV access skills and knowledge of biologic and specialty medication protocols

  • Experience using EMRs and supporting workflow optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification

  • Three (3) or more years of experience managing patients on specialty infusion medications

  • Five (5) or more years of infusion therapy experience in an Ambulatory Infusion Suite or Clinic environment

You don’t need to check every box — we care just as much about how you lead and care for patients as your years of experience.

Why LUX Infusion

At LUX Infusion, we believe infusion care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Purpose‑driven advanced practice work with real patient impact

  • A patient‑first, clinician‑led culture

  • Collaborative teams committed to safety and excellence

  • Opportunities to lead, mentor, and shape infusion care delivery

  • A growing organization building something meaningful in specialty care

Join our pipeline of clinical leaders and help shape the future of infusion care — and see what’s possible when care comes first.
