Description

American Beauty celebrates wood grilled steaks and seafood accompanied by a creative approach to Cali greens. We take a craftsman’s approach to cocktails and proudly offer a wine list of over 200 selections from around the world. We are serious about food, wine, spirits, and hospitality!

We are looking for hosts to join our team!? The right candidate will be eager to provide a great experience for our guests, organized, consistent and approachable.

Requirements

• Competitive wages (~$25 - $29 / hour including tips)

Qualifications

• At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette
• Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
