Summary
The AML/CFT Analyst is charged with the responsibility of assisting the BSA/AML Department with the daily monitoring of account activity, detection, and documentation of suspicious activity in customers’ accounts and the subsequent filing of suspicious activity reports as required under the BSA, AML, OFAC regulations and the Bank’s BSA/AML Compliance Program and Procedures.
Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, subject to the needs of the business, your role responsibilities, and management approval and whereby the on-site location will primarily be in our Metairie, LA office. A “hybrid” work arrangement means that you may perform your job duties both on-site at a Gulf Coast Bank & Trust location and remotely, according to a schedule established and approved by your manager. Any hybrid schedule may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at the Company’s discretion based on business needs, performance, or other operational considerations.
