The successful candidate will be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment \u0026 shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.\n\nThis requisition may be filled as an Analog Design Engineer or a Principal Analog Design Engineer.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get to Do: \n\nUnder minimum supervision, perform analog circuit design and analysis to support development of new product. Design tasks include system level requirements analysis, subsystem level requirements development, conceptual design, preliminary design, and detailed design through design verification and characterization. Analysis tasks include circuit modeling, simulation and analysis as well as signal and power integrity analyses on PCB design.\n\nThis position is contingent upon the successful transfer of an active DoD Secret Clearance.\n\nBasic Qualifications for a Analog Design Engineer: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 2 years of experience, or Master\u2019s degree with 0 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or related technical fields.\n\n * U.S Citizenship is required\n\n * Ability to obtain or maintain and US Secret Security Clearance\n\n * Experience in Analog circuit design, modeling, and simulation\n\n * Experience with schematic capture in Mentor Xpedition, Cadence, or Altium Designer\n\n * Experience with circuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting\n\n * Ability to work onsite full-time in Woodland Hills, CA\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for a Principal Analog Design Engineer: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 5 years of experience, a Master\u2019s degree with 3 years of experience or a Ph.D. with 0 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields- Prior experience in Analog circuit design, modeling, and simulation\n\n * U.S. Citizenship is required\n\n * Active Secret Clearance is required\n\n * Experience in Analog circuit design, modeling, and simulation\n\n * Experience with schematic capture in Mentor Xpedition, Cadence, or Altium Designer\n\n * Experience with circuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting\n\n * Ability to work onsite full-time in Woodland Hills, CA\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n * Experience with Printed Circuit Board design using Mentor Xpedition Designer and AMS\n\n * Experience with HyperLynx Signal and Power Integrity analyses\n\n * PSpice circuit design analyses\n\n * Experience Design verification and test\n\n * MSEE with emphasis in Analog Circuit Design\n\n\n\n\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: \n\n * Medical, Dental \u0026 Vision coverage \n\n * 401k \n\n * Educational Assistance \n\n * Life Insurance \n\n * Employee Assistance Programs \u0026 Work/Life Solutions \n\n * Paid Time Off \n\n * Health \u0026 Wellness Resources \n\n * Employee Discounts \n\n\n\n\nLink to Benefits: https://totalrewards.northropgrumman.com/\n\nThis positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. \n\n#MPR\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $134,600.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
