The Fine Arts Analyst serves as supplemental support for campuses and Curriculum Designers in Fine Arts by overseeing documentation, coordination, and implementation of Fine Arts program initiatives. The Analyst ensures that activities and services are aligned with district goals and carried out in accordance with established objectives. This role provides support and collaborates with campus personnel and content specialists. and other district departments to assist in the planning and execution. and monitoring Fine Arts programs and services.

1. Supports the implementation and monitoring of Fine Arts programs to ensure alignment with district priorities and campus needs.
2. Collects, analyzes, and reports Fine Arts program data to inform planning, measure impact, and support continuous improvement.
3. Coordinates centralized scheduling and logistics for Fine Arts-related events, including field trips, performances, and district showcases.
4. Assists campuses and Fine Arts personnel with required documentation, compliance reporting, and program-related communications.
5. Collaborates with district and campus stakeholders to provide technical assistance and ensure effective delivery of Fine Arts services and initiatives.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Associate degree of 60 hours

Decisions are made on both routine and non-routine matters with some latitude but are still subject to approval. Job is occasionally expected to recommend new solutions to problems and improve existing methods or generate new ideas.
Decisions have considerable impact on multiple divisions or the organization causing risks or improvements to relationships, significant efficiencies, or delays in operations, and/or significant financial gains or expenses. Errors are serious and difficult to discover, normally involve decisions not subject to detailed review and will result in excessive costs and/or significant project delays.
Collaborate and solve problems - work with others to resolve problems, clarify, or interpret complex information/policies, and provide initial screening/negotiations without approval authority. Interactions are typically with customers, senior level professional staff, and managers.
Anticipates customer needs, identifies, and champions opportunities for the development and implementation of new services and methods to meet or exceed customer needs. Establishes customer service standards and feedback mechanisms across departments.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
