Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support other project team members.
Perform analytical tasks designed to collect and analyze information.
Respond to all routine inquiries from the user community within two (2) business days.
Review requests and associated data.
Perform any needed data updates.
Respond to the requestor based on how the request was received.
Follow a predefined procedure to verify and validate identity data as requests are received through the Program Office.
Assist in the preparation of the HC IdM Detailed Metrics Report and a monthly HC IdM Contract Workload Metrics Report.
Required Skills and Experience

An ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision.
Experience with Microsoft Teams.
Experience with Service Now/yourIT ticket.
Experience with IdM Toolkit software.
Professional Certifications

Desired experience

Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) degree

Formal Education

2-year degree in healthcare related field

Citizenship Requirement

U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
