Job Description - Analyst, CEO Office

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a high-intensity, high-access position sitting directly next to the CEO and working closely with the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff. You will help run the executive office by owning the calendar, supporting leadership briefs, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external meeting-related communications, helping track execution across teams, and coordinating key external engagements and VIP visits.

You will help ensure the CEO’s time, attention, and follow-through are directed toward the highest-leverage issues in the business. The position sits at the intersection of scheduling, logistics, execution, and leadership support. Done well, you will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO Office and serve as a force multiplier for the team.

High performers in this position will gain an unusually strong understanding of how Anduril operates at the top of the company and may later move into key roles across the business, including program management, business operations, strategy, or growth.

  • Manage scheduling, meeting sequencing, and day-of execution across the CEO’s internal and external commitments

  • Coordinate and support key external engagements and VIP visits, both internally and externally

  • Plan and execute seamless domestic and international travel for the CEO, including trip mechanics, logistics, and contingency planning

  • Help the CEO Office operate at a high level through strong judgment, organization, and follow-through

  • Support meeting notes, follow-up tracking, and other projects across the CEO Office as needed, including escalating blockers early and helping ensure key next steps are closed out

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–4 years of experience in a high-responsibility environment, such as operations, banking, program management, consulting, government campaigns, military service, startups, executive support, or similarly demanding roles

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, high-stakes written materials and communicate effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure

  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions in a fast-moving environment

  • High ownership, sound judgment, and maturity, especially when handling sensitive information, shifting priorities, and ambiguous situations

  • Demonstrated track record of leadership, competition, or high performance, whether through athletics, military service, student leadership, campus organizations, or prior roles

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and operate on the CEO’s schedule when needed
