Analyst Commercial Strategy

What You Need To Know

Overview

Supports a variety of functions including, but not limited to, Salesforce Goal Planning, Route to Market Strategy and analytical support for key projects.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and track sales performance goals and attainment in goal tracking system

Support Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy and provide analytical support for RTM changes

Serve as point of contact for questions regarding sales performance models

Analyze effectiveness of sales goals and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and cost savings initiatives

Develop customer/account modeling and analysis: account segmentation, channel strategy, cost-to-serve analytics, ROI, etc.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3 or more years of relevant analytical, and/or commercial work, consulting, project management experience is required

Work experience in a data intensive position using Microsoft Excel

Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally

Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed

Physical Demands

Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device

Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping

May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
