You will analyze and resolve data issues to meet contractual KPIs, Service Level Agreements and provide recommendations to improve Item Master data. You will also support daily team operations, lead process improvements and help standardize data practices. As new clients are brought on board, you will assist with training, workflow development and implementation. \n \nResponsibilities: \n\n\u2022 Ensure item master cleansing activities meet client service levels by collaborating with clients and vendors as needed. \n\n\u2022 Assist with data standardization, vendor research, product categorization, contract alignment, price updates and discrepancy resolution. \n\u2022 Drive client satisfaction by setting clear expectations, resolving issues and delivering on commitments. \n\u2022 Support custom analytics using structured and unstructured datasets from internal and external sources. \n\u2022 Participate and / or lead projects by applying best practices, managing resources and ensuring timely high-quality deliverables. \n\nQualifications: \n \n\u2022 Relevant degree preferred. \n\u2022 2 or more years of relevant experience in an analytical or data management role. \n\u2022 Experience with ERP preferred. \n\u2022 Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Excel and Outlook. \n\u2022 Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. \n\u2022 Excellent organizational, analytical and customer service skills with strong attention to detail. \n\u2022 Knowledge of medical products or supply chain operations is preferred. \n\u2022 Basic knowledge of Vizient Catalog and Vizient\u2019s Data Management Platform is a plus. \n\u2022 Healthcare supply chain or clinical data experience is a plus.\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\n\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
