Your responsibilities will include Design and execution of cavity and cooktop components with respect to culinary performance including heating elements, convection systems, utensils, racks, trays, griddles, and grills. Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a Science field. 1+ years of experience in Appliance, Consumer Goods, or Food Manufacturing Industry 1+ years of experience with product development tools such as DFMEA ( Design Failure Mode Effect ), A3 (Problem Solving Form), Requirement management and Stage Gate Development Plan Advanced knowledge of food chemistry and heat transfer Kinetic modeling of reactions in food Ability to analyze mechanical and electrical systems Knowledge of control theory and control systems Demonstrated project management and computer skills Ability to travel within the US and global design centers Black Belt/Opex/Six Sigma experience
