Analyst, Formulations & Technical Support - Princeton, NJ/Schenectady, NY/Ontario, CA

Provides technical support/expertise for developed premixes to customers and Account Managers. This includes advising on production selection, overages, application troubleshooting, and Premix Formulation Development. Communicate completed premix formulations to sales department to allow for generation of costing on finished premixes. Assist Marketing with Development of Concepts involving premixes to be presented to external customers and ensure the concepts are within dsm-ifrmenich's capabilities. Ensure all relevant information is documented accurately, completely and in a clear and concise manner in the formulation and CRM systems. Work with internal and external auditors, when necessary. Works with the Application Labs to troubleshoot customer premix problems and identify new applications. Evaluate application specific performance studies of new ingredients. Create/Develop/Prepare SOPs for current and new processes for the team. Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change. Ability to perform calculations related to product development and complaints.
