Our Los Angeles, California client has a contract opportunity for a Analyst who is responsible for assisting the Deal Management team in all aspects of contractual sales management support for the Global Content Distribution group

• Location (On-site/hybrid): Hybrid (Wed/Thursday in Office)**
• This posting will handle International Physical Licensing

Top 3 Skills:

• Time management, detail oriented, 1 year of tv or entertainment experience Proficient with excel.

Other Skills/Nice to Haves:

• Salesforce experience, deal entry experience, date entry experience, reading contracts experience, familiar with availability windows.

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare availability reports
• Clear product for sale
• Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment
• Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support
• Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases
• Deal entry for amendments to existing deals into company databases
• Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and ROS deals, and library selects with customers as requested.
• Ad hoc projects and requests as required.

Requirements:

• 1 year TV or Entertainment experience
• Detail Oriented
• Proficient with excel
• Time management.
