Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will join our cross-functional team built to deliver competitive screening solutions to various market segments. The position's responsibility extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. It involves building products from existing ideas and helping to innovate based on your industry experience and your contact key-stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

Essential Functions:

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.

Establish documentation to support the facilitation of the Solution Lifecycle framework.

Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.

Developing user stories.

Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.

Complete acceptance testing and provide feedback to development team when needed.

Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.

Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

Coordinate and deliver training demos as needed to cross functional teams.

Be an expert with respect to the competition.

Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills including active listening (the ability to communicate with clients, consumers, and internal departments).

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and web applications.

Problem Solving/Analysis.

Teamwork to communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved.

Able to discreetly handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

Trustworthiness & Ethics.

Results Orientation.

Ability to handle heavy call volume.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

3+ years of CRA/Background experience.

Education:
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
College Degree preferred

Product management/owner experience

Travel %: Less than 25%

Physical demands and Equipment Use:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.

Employee must occasionally lift up to fifteen (15) pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
